I have paid the following services from Shine on 27/11/2021 through online payment link
(1) Career Assessment Test With Expert Counselling -Rs. 8259.00/- (Including GST)
(2) Visual Resume for Senior Professional – Rs. 6356.00/-
(3) Linkedin Profile Summary – Rs. 5600.00/
Total (2) + (3) – RS 14108/- (Including GST)

However, since i was not interested in the services anymore , i have requested for a refund.
But , Shine is not refunding the money

Please help
