Sir,
I got call from Shine.com, it’s a job seeker website. First they called and told that for the job service they charge some money and it will be valid for 1year with no other charges. For which I made payment and after making payment they told one relationship manager by Name shiva will call u to get more details.
After that shiva the person called and told that more payment is needed for profile varification and Education verification. Without this my profile will not be valid. For this also I made payment and more than 3 times I have asked him that any further payment I need do make, he told this is final. But after making some payment they are coming up with payment proposal. I asked him clearly before only that how much will you charge for your services for which they didn’t tell the amount. After finishing there first payment they will come to second than third. Like wise they have taken nearly 20k from me. So now I am telling them I don’t want there service and requested them to return my payment. For which they are telling they don’t have return policy.
Sir in this pandemic I am in deep financial trouble I don’t have job. So I thought if these people can help with minimal charges but these people they told some thing and charging some thing more. So I request you to help me in this regards. I am having all the transaction copies with me. I request you to help me in this regards and help others not to come in this kind of trap.
