Text of Complaint by Krunal patel:

Yesterday I received the call from shine.com (mr.mohit) for paid services for job search assistance. And they charge me 3292.

After that another person from shine.com (mr.Brijesh) called me to resume submission and I have done the same.
And the worst thing is that brijesh does not explain me in one time that they are going to make the big fraud and looting the money.

He said as a part of your job assistance you have to make another payment for below and sending me link and I have done the payment

After doing the payment of 77000 rs he was asking me for another 47000 rs to complete the process.

And than I refused to do payment and I urge hime to talk with senior person from shine than he transfer my call with mr Sandeep.

And mr.sandeep was very rude and unprofessional guy. He started to afraid me that if you are not going to pay this amount than what you have paid is have no value and shine.com is not assist you to find the job.

Also during whole process they just said this is the part of process and taken the money.

When I saw the invoices than they have charged for unusefull things.

I thought shine is good platfrom and they will not do any mischief.

But after talking with senior person of shine mr Sandeep. Now I feel shine is fraudster and they make the money from people need and looting the people of india.

I am sharing this through consumer complaint forum for every one to not trust shine.com

Also not upload your document on this platfrom because they make fraude with people.

Now even their customer care is also not answering.

I request to shine that please refund my money else this issue will not stop here.

I will go for all legal action against shine.

And Also I have all the proof withme

Within today If I not get the answer from shine than what the action I will take is very harmfull for shine.com
