I got a call from Shine.com regarding Application booster services that can help me finding a new job. They initially said, charges would be Rs. 5192 only. So, I paid that amount. Then again they said, additional charges would be Rs. 9556 followed and said, it’s for verification and carrier counseling without giving any clear idea of services in the beginning. I was not satisfied with this because earlier they never told me that I need to pay extra amount. I confirmed with them that there is no payment after this, they said yes there is no payment after this. So, I made the payment. Now, they sent another invoice of Rs. 160158 and asking for payment. I said, this is cheating you guys are doing and asked for money back as I am not interested in this anymore. They said, it’s not possible and we will not give your money back. Please file a complaint against Shine.com for doing fraud/cheating with customers like me.
