I have opted for GB+BB course via shine.com on 3rd Feb 2021paying 16520/- on 6th i got a call from shine and told me that i can learn that course only if i pay 5545 + 9556 additionally. Then i asked for refund but then they said i need to pay and they will offer other services blah blah and then i paid later i got a link for GB course and within 3 months they completed GB and got soft copy of the certificate later they are not responding so i asked where are the course materials where is the amount paid additionally where i havent get any services. So I need refund of the same. This is fraud and if you check their call recording you can find that they forcefully made me to pay for the service which never rendered. Still the course is showing in progress
