I recieved a call from shine.com saying I need to pay 3k to activate my services. When I confirm if there will be any additional charges they denied. Later I got a call from a relationship manager saying it is mandatory to have education and experience verified. Asking for 4 k and ~10 k for each which I paid. Then again they said I needed my resume to be updated and they will hire a writer for that and sent an invoice of 15k. When I said I will not they kept on talking about how this is an investment and I will get the assured services within 7 to 10 days. I said I dont want and didn’t pay that 15k. And blocked that number. Later I got another call, and then they say it is not mandatory to pay those additional fees. They change their words so soon, then asked me to send my education details and salary slips to complete the verification services. I am not sure if this is even legitimate but I don’t want to share my details with them. When I asked I don’t want the services and refund the amount, they say they don’t have refund policy.
