I came across the instagram page of Shilpshaala and saw nice pieces of jewellery. Made an inquiry and they responded right away and sent a QR code to make the payment. No number was shared. I made the payment of INR 600 for a nosepin (500+ 100 shipping as mentioned). A week later i sent a message asking about the delivery and they didn’t respond. I tried for next few days. And finally they just replied ‘ i will send😭’ with the crying emoji.
And 2 weeks later i again texted and no reply. I called. No response. Asked a few friends and one said they were fraud and had scammed many people likewise. I need my money back. I need help.
