I paid INR 3,000 for a nose pin to Shilpshaala (run by Krishna Rathi) in May after finding them on Instagram. After making payment through Paytm, they went radio silent. They always deliver the first order and then, when you place a larger one, they begin to ignore messages and updates on where the order is.

I’ve seen reports of a ridiculous number of people who have reported shilpshaala for the scam that they are running and yet nothing has been done about it; their instagram page is still up and they are continuing to scam countless more.

Something needs to happen. How is his account still allowed to run? Even if it gets taken down he will make another one. Some serious action needs to be taken against Krishna Rathi.
