I placed my order with Shilpshaala on 2 June 2023, at which time I was informed that the order would take 2 weeks. On 17June I was informed my order would be dispatched first week of July. On 2 July He told me that the order was pending ready, pending plating, which I reminded him was not part of my order. I was then informed that the order would be dispatched the following week. Since 2 July I have not received any updates of replies. I paid 2700 for a pair of earrings and a nose pin.
