Text of Complaint by Sumit:

I booked a moving service for a confirmed 7 AM morning slot and paid an advance amount in good faith. However, the service provider completely failed to honor the commitment.

I have been waiting since 7 AM, and as of 1:30 PM, no movers have arrived. The company has repeatedly changed the expected arrival time—from 12 PM to 2 PM—without any proper explanation or accountability.

Now, despite multiple attempts to contact them (over 10 calls), they are deliberately ignoring calls and not responding, even though they have seen my messages. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility.

They have already taken advance payment and are now neither providing the service nor offering any clear update or refund. This behavior is highly irresponsible and appears to be a deliberate attempt to exploit customers.

I request immediate action against this service provider and a penalty for misleading and failing customers dependent on them.
