I raised a request to transfer/shift the connection on 15th but they have not done it yet till date. They are giving excuses which are not valid and giving false promises. Since from 15 I’m waiting for the broadband connection but no response from them. It is pathetic service from Airtel. Everytime I speak with Floor Superviosr and always saya we will fix it by today.
