Recently I have requested to shift the tata sky connection to a new home.
However the Tata sky technician made a full mess of it and moreover the technician was rude, arguing, forcing and not listening.

1. He has fixed the tata sky dish in the middle of the terrace instead of in the corner.
2. Set box showing no signal. Unable to view the TV.

I called the tata play customer multiple times to assign the new representative and resolve the issue, But no one visited the home till now.

Please resolve my concern without any charge as I already paid the same.
