Request raised on 28th May 2019, till now not yet connection shifted, once request raised within 24 to 48 hours need to close from TATA Sky end.
Today I have called TATA Sky customer care team and informed the same and they are telling it is chargeable for removing and installing 200+300. I am ready to pay said amount and raised a request (1HP50DFL).
On 29th night 7:45: PM got a call from tata sky local technician (9591404594, 7019626164) he told me “I am ready” to shift the connection, that time I am in office requested him come tomorrow morning.
It is purely tata sky mistake due to proper guidance to local technician like visiting time calling time etc., lack of training from tata sky team
Want know one thing here that is the right time to contact a customer for shifting connection he called more than 17 time (up to 9:15 PM) to shift a connection. if anything went wrong (if the guy did theft or robbery or electrical shock at where dish is fixed) who is responsible?
From 28th onwards I am calling daily 4 to 5 times to customer care (18002086633) while they answering we will resolve your issue within TWO hours or our local technician will call
The technician intimated to where I was staying their local area cable operator problem, in my apartment already more than 13 connections are there from TATA Sky only, where i was shifted
This is not acceptable for shifting a connection taking more than 10 days still I am waiting for TATA Sky technician to shift my connection.
