Hello Sir/Madam
I raised a request 122512510 to shift me broadband connection 056245563711_dsl on 28th September 2020 but no action has been taken yet so far and request is still in progress. due to this my work is getting adversely affected as i am not able to use Airtel xtreme fibre internet and i have paid for 6 months.
Nobody has contacted me except once when a lady called me up and then no further response. It’s causing me lot of mental pressure as i have to manage with low speed internet for my offsite project (Work from home mode). I wan immediate action to be taken.
I want Airtel to compensate for all the inconvenience caused to me and mental stress as well.

Same thing is happening with me. Airtel Does not care about their customers.
