Requested for shifting of connection to different location in same city. The request was made on 3rd Dec and till today 8th Dec there is no resolution. And we are loosing business. All the escalation officers commit that the issue will be resolved in 8 working hours. And its almost 5 days.
Even on 5th Dec i was committed by one of the manager that on 6th Dec it will be resolved, so we send one of our colleague to office to open the office on Sunday but we received no call.
