I had a shifting of broadband service within Lucknow.
Done on 24.3.21. That was assured to be complete within 24 hours.
No phone call or message regarding inability to fulfill the request.
Again called on 26.3.21, the senior supervisor requested for 4 hours and still no phone or progress done.
I have called on daily basis, on 30th they have canceled the request on the pretext that the address was wrong and registered a new request and was again promised for broadband shifting within 24 hours. It’s been more then 24 hours, no phone or message from the airtel team.
