Text of Complaint by Santosh Kumar Sinha:

I am a Airtel Black customer of Airtel (Account number 7040827596). I had lodged a request on Airtel Thanks App (Ticket Id 10428362252) on May 04, 2024 for shifting of my Broadband connection, which was scheduled by me to be completed on May 14, 2024. The Airtel company failed to complete the formalities of shifting even after many follow up calls to the company’s customer care number. Thereafter, on May 18, 2024, I requested company for disconnection of my Broadband, to which I was advised to make payment of previous dues and also the amount of current bill cycle. I paid all the amount, including Rs. 23.53 towards broadband wrongly charged to me even when I didn’t use the Broadband services. However, company only unbundled the Black services and didn’t act on the disconnection request. This complain is all about the harassment of Airtel which may be strictly acted upon.
