I had requested to shift by broadband fixed line connection on 30th September 2020. I was told it would be done in 24 hours. After 2 days i contacted the customer desk to which I was told it would be done by EOD that is 2nd October 2020. I called them even today but no action taken. I have made an advance payment until November 2020.
