Dear sir ,
I have been facing this issue for last 1.month where no one addressing this I have taken air tel fiber line and made 6 month advance payment, now more than month I have not used it since the shifting of line not addressed .
Complaints through various modes but no response , finally I need to go for legal action , no one actioned , my friends and neighbors are getting new connections but shifting not happening , while other providers are servicing immediately
Worst service I ever faced in last 7 years
