Dear Nodalofficer
We had request to your Airtel office for shifting our above mentioned phone number and we received conformation message nk reference id detail for the same detail as on below :
“Hi, Thank you for trusting Airtel. Your request (No.- 10177733974) to shift your Airtel Xstream Fiber (ID-011100555673_dsl) to your new address has been scheduled for 26/05/2023. Our engineer will contact you on the day of your relocation.”
After that we are continuously following up with your staffs but not any proper response and not resolved our problem . We decided no more use the same connection , we are applying Gio connection .Please discontinue the above connection on immediate basis ,
Further due to this reason my child on line classes are missing from last 10 days and other day today activities are hampered,
Only Airtel peoples are careless and unresponsive . This type of beavers are very bad? Who is bear our losses ? Who is responsible ?
