Text of Complaint by Neha Misra:

I requested for shifting my airtel DSL(broadband)I was moving to my hometown due to work from home situation.. i put my request on airtel thanks app and also called the 121 number but received no response, i tried to get connected to a rep on the 121 number but they always send a link to place the shifting req and never transfer to a rep… It’s hampering my work and i find airtel services pathetic n i m planning to transfer my connection for phone as well as dsl to other provider
