Before recharging my new plan i asked to cable provided that after few months I will be transferring my office will it be possible to shift they said yes and only I renewed my plan now they are saying it won’t be possible to shift to your location which is 120meter far away from my old location and when I asked for a refund they are saying we don’t provide a refund. I have only used 3-4 month and my plan is going to expire in January 2023 which means I won’t be able to use until the connection is available so all money got wasted because of tho third class service from GTPL. My plan is still going to be active till January 2023 and is no use of mine due yo your poor reach ability of your connection now you say we cannot refund you money back this is how you cheat your loyal people before renewing i asked my cable provider that will it be possible to shift my connection to my new location they said yes and due to that i activated my plan and now you sae it is not possible to shift and no money will be refunded what type of service you are providing to your customer.
