My airtel request ticket number is 137192156. I have been requested for shifting to different city Patna (Bihar) they said within 3 days they will shift but on 19th Sept they said it will take minimum of 7 days and now it’s completed 10 days but still they did not shifted. I am calling daily to airtel customer care but they will only give hope that you will get call within 4 hours but I never received any call from them. Please help me out regarding this.
