I had raised for shifting connection on Aug 6th through the app. Also had called customer care to raise the shifting request. Till date(Aug 18th) the shifting process has not been completed. Everyday I had to make 100s of calls to customer care and service people, but no action was taken against my request. Initially I was told within 24 hrs shifting would be completed. But later on they are telling my order ID is not generated.
They do not receive my calls. What kind of behaviour is this this? They say customer is their first preference. But I see money is their first preference. After all these days they are asking me to take new connection and they are gonna charge me installation charges worth 2k.
I have not worked for 1 week. N lost almost 1k per day. Now they are asking me to take new connection. I am really very much fed up.
