I have made a request to shift broadband connection within the city three days earlier and it has not been resolved ye despite showing 1 day time. I cannot connect with any customer care executive as 121 no. directs to airtel thanks app. When going to this app and placing request for shifting it shows SR already created. I need to connect to customer care executive.
Very disappointed. Airtel has worst service.
