Hi, I’m using airtel broadband services for a while ago and I’m from vijaya shanthi apartments, kelambakkam, chennai. I planned to shift our flat in the same apartment and I raised a request in airtel app to shift my broadband connection on 18th Aug 2023. The technician didn’t respond properly to the request and i followed multiple times to the technician and i get irritated with his response and attitude and i contact airtel customer care regarding this and 3 days got over and still the issue didn’t fixed
