Kindly register my complaint. We (my wife and myself) are regularly getting mental stress from the phone calls which keep coming from Airtel for payment, daily. 
We are keep saying to disconnect my following Hotspot number, via these calls and 121 airtel complaint email ID. Even the airtel representatives through these phone call says to raise complaints on this email ID only. But nothing’s happening. Through 121 airtel number, still no customer care representatives are connected, it’s all computerized. Its time for Work from Home / Online but it seems for Airtel its not…
I am hoping that you will listen to our complaint (your gold and longtime customer – using prepaid, DTH, Broadband, and used Postpaid Hotspot for longtime before upgrading to your Broadband) and resolve it in 24hrs of time..
Kindly consider my issues. I tried through customer care number, nearby shops (earlier everywhere its closed and now we can’t go outside our home) and through that Airtel agent, but nothing has happened till now. Being a Gold member, reliable customer and long time relate with Airtel and my family. I would like to raise following request and hoping that Airtel will act on it promptly.
Disconnect my post paid Airtel Hotspot number. Cancel all my due payments, which are generated after 15th May 2020.
