Hi,
I shifted my home and raised airtel shift broadband request 121916494 on 13th sep 2020 till now today 17.09.2020 no technician came to resolve my issue (airtel broadband connection to my new location). every day calls came from airtel staff that they come today and resolve but no one coming to resolve it. they simply postponing by saying “technician will come and resolve” but no technician came to resolve it. importantly there is no direct number to speak to customer care representative, no response to mail i send to 121@in.airtel.com. It is affecting my office work. i will not recommend anyone for the Airtel network simply disappointing customer.
