Hi,
I have not been able to make payments to my loan and credit card provider for a few months as the salaries have taken a big hit due to the pandemic. I had requested my tata sky connection to be moved to my sister’s place as I was not making use of the services very much. Within a week, a collection agent from my bank has reached out to my sisters house, upon enquiring it has been revealed that the address was shared through my subscriber Id of Tata Sky. I havent shared my subscriber ID or have consented to access my information and I really find it so shocking that a huge firm like Tata Sky leaking out customers information so easily.
I have reported this issue to Tata Sky directly and it seems that nobody seems to care.
