Dear Legal Team,
I’m separated from my husband and I’m included in my family plan of husband as he is the primary account holder, and very reluctant to remove my number from his family plan and we are filing our divorce in family court.
Now out the blue my husbands gets my whole month calling list data and start calling all my contacts and asking what relationship I share with them. As I’m highlighting this point because it has also disturb my and my all connection mental state. I would further request Airtel to kindly look into this matter on high priority , they should have at least intimated me with some opt generation code on the number which I’m using this is totally wrong to share my personal calling list to the primary number holder person.
There should be proper authentication for this spectated husband and wife and husband is removing all personal data of calling is not right.
Kindly take corrective measures or else I have to take this matter to the court and take some legal action, this can be related to most of us.
