Text of Complaint by Vandana Singh:

-Suspicious, Misbehaving Delivery Agent Forcibly entered my House and snatched back the already delivered Laptop & handovers exchanged Laptop back after damaging it. DENIAL OF REIMBURSEMENT BY AMAZON FOR THE DAMAGES DONE. I being a very common girl is just left with a BROKEN LAPTOP, when I were supposed to take and start my training on that specific ordered Laptop.No I have nothing. Just the suffering. VOICE UNHEARD. Request you to amplify my grieviance. Seeking Help, Seeing Hope.

Below is the last email sent to Amazon customer service, post their denial to reimburse the loss and damages. This email content summarizez everything with the links containing prominent evidence.

Hope you will understand the mental trauma I am facing due to such recklessness and the tactics of procedural delay in resolution to customer, only add salt to the wound. PLEASE HELP!  YOU ARE THE ONLY HOPE!


Hi Customer Support Team @Amazon,

Below is the summary on the Concern raised with Amazon on Aug,10 and the Closure,I have been provided on Aug, 27 by you:
1. Afternoon Aug 9, the Delivery Agent handovers the parcel (ASUS Vivobook), checks the exchange Laptop working and takes it with him.
2. Later DA comes again, takes back the parcel from me saying “I will be back soon and reattempt the delivery as there is some problem with tracking id” to which I agreed and finding phissy, I did contacted the Support Desk on call to which they said it will be reattempted.
3. Around 8 pm, he comes back to reattempt delivery. Handovers the parcel. Please refer to the link  https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/1Bk_NUaS_koFB8tRMMzLbZEPJwfsSNwVr   that shows the UNBOXING OF PACKAGE that was delivered to me. NOTE: The Exchange item Laptop was checked and working and taken by the DA at same time, else he would have not delivered the package.Unboxing video is the proof of the successful delivery.
4. Later again, he comes back, MISBEHAVES and SNATCHES the new order parcel (Asus Vivobook) back forcibly, handing over my exchanged laptop  back to me, him saying it’s damaged to which my response was why should I accept it back, it might be damaged by you because it was checked and working before when you took it. He ENTERS the house FORCIBLY, threw my exchange item Laptop making further damages as shown in the pictures.
Attached is an audio recording of how DA does the snatching entering my home. NOTE: He also says in Hindi “Laptop phod dunga. He threatened and he did it too once again by throwing my laptop from a height in front of me and snatching my order from the house. I also have the pic of the DA.
 
CONCERN CLOSURE WITHOUT RESOLUTION BY AMAZON-
Amazon is sorry for my loss with DENIAL OF REIMBURSEMENT (equivalent to exchange value item 9050 INR) for damaging my Laptop to death.several . Amazon says they have taken strict action against DA.
 
PRIME BUT NOT SO PRIME-SUFFERING CONTINUES-
Currently, I am at a loss ending up with just a “BROKEN LAPTOP” that was supposed to be exchanged (Working before, not working any more) WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT and the order item was also snatched.
My concern was unheard and I got SUGAR COATED & FAKE ASSURANCE RESPONSE Emails in return.
 
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRR!!!!!!
 
Request you to go through the summary and note that revert back or contact me ONLY IF THERE IS RESOLUTION TO THIS. I NEED 9050 INR.DO NOT SEND FAKE ASSURANCES. I am ready for the LEGAL COURSES for the resolution on this. 
Because of this shameful, intolerable, humiliating assault, I am literally hindered with loss and scared of the DA as he might reach back again as he is well aware of my identity and my address/location details. I’m thinking of an address change now.
