I ordered a product which was handed over to Shadowfax for delivery to my nearest hub. According to tracking, the item reached the hub so many time ago, but it has never been delivered to me. Despite multiple follow-ups, Shadowfax has not responded or resolved the issue. This is unacceptable and appears to be a case of deliberate fraud or negligence. I demand immediate delivery or a full refund. I am prepared to escalate this legally if necessary.
