Text of Complaint by Lokesh Gane:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention that the delivery status for my parcel with Tracking ID: SF420967159SMC has been incorrectly updated as “Delivered.” However, I have not received the said item till date.

Kindly investigate this issue urgently and provide clarity on the actual delivery status. Please share proof of delivery or take necessary steps to ensure that the item is either delivered to me at the earliest or the sender is informed accordingly.

I request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.
