Text of Complaint by Deepak:

I have five no and 1 dth since 2020 first 1 year is good after that day by day service is down and down and from almost 1 year services can’t used as not provide by airtel and when I am not getting the bill paid timely because of no service is provided by airtel not getting calling and data every time bill department called me threatened calls by saying please pay the bill and we will waiver you in the next bill and you will get good service but this thing is going every month never the services provided by airtel every time call dropped by calling no and data not worked with data no . Last to last one of the executive told to complaint on 121 when I complaint 3 times but no reply . Last complaint no is 31-4308331481710 and the supervisor senior person told me he is trying to give 1000 rs waiver may be it should be 900 or 850 but definitely given to me by airtel as he forwarded my complaint and told me I also mail and mail team gives only 236 rs . This is nonsense thing done by airtel and the supervisor senior person who forward this complaint no 31-4308331481710. Assured me to provide the waiver and call me but he is also lying to me like airtel.please provide me full waiver as I can’t getting the service for last one year .
