I urge a severe request to please resolve the problem of my broad band and fixed line technical issues which I facing from last 4 days.
Problem here is..
a) Voice call disturbance
b) Slow browsing at the rate of 0.05 mbs speed although i paid for 16 mbps speed ( such a shame for this default service)
c) frequent disconnection of Internet
Now I suffered a loss of my 2 systems configuration failure which already costed me like 24,000 in rupees
And my God this is absolutely the blockbuster part that after communicating in 121 n after requesting to sort my complain
from last 4 days your none of any engineer or technical person visited to resolve my problem related to above mentioned problem
but..(what a shame to airtel)
I was surprised to know that after such serious attempt from you nice reception of customer care operators this technical person Mr. Yashpal Chaubey sent the false report to the airtel operators regarding resolving of my issues as it was attempted by him n resolved too..
You know airtel this Yashpal Chaubey is like 7 minutes of walking distance from my office where he operates airtel station exchange..
Just to trust the serviced I had took three connection from your side n the same problems are with others two connection..
What happened to you Airtel are u lost the dignity of services..
If you think I will take this..you are wrong..
I m writing this to know you that I will take this fight to the extreme point till i find to terminate you from my state with my fair efforts, I already did for couples of fraud firms earlier,
and about this Yashpal Chaubey if you don’t do anything about his fraud report i ll eventually make my way to teach him lesson on my own level

also acknowledge me the payments which i should be reimbursed and the payments which i should pay till the services i used 4 days ago..
but the only thing which I respect the services from your side is you are exactly having a very good and kind reception of customer care services for conversing queries..
but on the otherhand your technical engineers are like cancer to your brand services and soon all chhattisgarh state will be aware of such bcz i have recorded everything till now which will create an bycott weather to such services for sure
