Text of Complaint by SUDIP BANERJEE:

Please note that I am suffering from severe network problems since inception of this connection.

I had already complained in the available complaint customer care services including the appeleate authority of the company and every now and then they are directing me here and there and lastly they are confessing that due to poor network coverage of the company I have to suffer.

On the basis of the company resolutions I several times both verbally and in writing requested the company to refund my money so that I can port to other service provider but they are not responding positively.

Under the above , kind intervention is highly solicited.
