I am facing a severe network issue at my location for the last 5 years, I complained to Airtel customer care many times but no response from customer care. There is no proper channel to complain about the issue in Airtel. Incorrect and outdated customer care contact details are available in the public domain. I don’t see any proper channel to report the issue with Airtel. I want the resolution of my issue, Please look into my complaint and resolve the issue.
