The level of service I have encountered during the porting process of my SIM to a different operator has been nothing short of abysmal. The arbitrary rules and exorbitant recharge costs have further aggravated my already dire situation. Despite numerous follow-ups and high-level case escalations, I have received no response or resolution after an agonizingly long month of waiting.
The complete lack of communication, accountability, and transparency exhibited by your company is absolutely unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate action to investigate the prolonged delays and lack of follow-through from your staff. I implore you to expedite the porting process and provide compensation, such as a significant concession on my yearly recharge, as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the immense inconvenience I have endured.
