This is about my car Which was damaged under booking id: JPSN7EKEB (GUEST NAME: ADARSH DAS) on August 14th 2022, Since then zoomcar has sought my personal insurance for repair of my vehicle, which in terms wasn’t correct, and its about to be 4 months the car is with a zoomcar workshop, having been in contact with biswarop and joydeep who are manger of damage issues in Zoomcar Host Kolkata, West Bengal, till then they have given me no update of the car and even I went to their workshop and there is just rusting there.
