The Hon’ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum / Concerned Authority,

Respected Sir / Madam,

I am constrained to submit this complaint regarding a serious and alarming error in my credit report, wherein a loan account has been wrongly linked to my profile without my knowledge or consent.

We have NOT taken any loan from this company

We do NOT know who “Muthootnan” is

The mobile number circled in the report (9823230136) does NOT belong to us

We have never authorized or applied for any loan with this lender

Member / Lender Name: Muthoot (Muthootnan)

Loan Type: Business Loan – Unsecured

Sanctioned Amount: ₹1,23,200

Overdue Shown: ₹1,016

Contact Number Linked: 9823230136 (NOT OUR NUMBER)

The above account has been erroneously mapped to our credit profile, despite no relationship, transaction, or consent with the said lender.

⚠️ GRAVE IMPACT

Due to this wrong and unauthorized credit reporting:

Our genuine business loan proposal has been adversely affected

Our creditworthiness is unfairly questioned

We have suffered financial loss, mental stress, and reputational harm

This clearly amounts to deficiency in service, negligence, and violation of consumer rights, and also raises concerns of identity/data mismatch.

⚖️ RELIEF SOUGHT

I humbly request the Hon’ble Authority to kindly:

Immediately remove this incorrect loan account from my credit report

Direct the lender and credit bureau to verify borrower identity and contact details

Issue a written confirmation that no such loan exists in my name

Take necessary action against the concerned parties for negligent reporting

Grant appropriate relief for the hardship caused

Supporting documents and screenshots showing incorrect contact details and disputed loan information are enclosed for reference.

I request urgent intervention in this matter, as the issue is severely affecting my financial standing.
