My setup box problem are around 15 days. I have raised a complaint to dush care on 24 Jul 23, dush tv representative are reached on 24 Jul 23 on 1930hrs.
1. Representative are changed my old setup box to replace already used setup box and amt charged of new setup box. 2. Representative are not transfer my old setup box pack and my balance transfer fm my old setup box.
3. Representative give a remote to me, remote are totally duplicate not a dish tv geniune remote, representative charge to me new original dish tv remote.
This is totally fraud to customer. I have raised complaint to dish tv customer care and district dish tv care.
