I have raised 4 tickets for my Setup box faulty, first 2 tickets resolved without any resolution non of Jio engineer call and no visit for resolution, in third ticket engineer has replaced setup box but issue still not resolve, and third ticket resolved, today again I have raised 4th ticket for same issue. I hope may this time issue got fixed.
