I have applied for a new connnection last month. And on 6th of August the set top box power issue arrised. I registered the complaint as customer care executive assured me that this issue will be resolved within 24-48 hrs but after 48 hrs crossed I called the area service engineer and as per him there was no extra set top box available in the ware house. So he & customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hrs more. But till now the issue has not been resolved and now it has told to me that service engineer has already left the job so this issue was not resolved. And now again customer care executive has asked me to wait for 48 hrs. Is this how Airtel deals with his valueable customers.
