Text of Complaint by Sunil Prasad:

I have paid full settlement amount to DMI through IMPS and asked for settlement letter but they asked me for 8 days time for the same. I have followed up with them and then that representative stopped responding to my calls and messages for entire August 2021. Suddenly I got call from DMI in Sep 2021 for payment and I asked them to talk to lady with whom I was talking and they didn’t listen to me. They started harassing me from different numbers for payment which is not ethical they should have provided me settlement letter.
