Sir,
On 17 sept one of my friend has send me the money in Paytm business account but they have deducted the amount and later I have raised the ticket they said mdr charges and I have spoken with the support team they said that there was technical issues and the amount will be refunded within 48 hrs but still now I have not received a single penny and I have wrote the mail and I have the recording also
