I booked 3 tickets from Salem to Chennai on 14th August 2023 morning around 11 am . Got a confirmation message from TNSTC and also transaction was successful. But later no information regarding the bus was provided. Nor the driver had contacted me. Later came to know that the seats which i booked has not been showed up in the chart that was prepared. Also when checking the ticket details it showed that my journey has started . I called the customer care service that man asked my pnr number and kept me on hold for around 10-15 mins andh then the call was cut . Till now the call is not been received.
