I hv recharged DTH connection with 300 after few days around 10 days no channel can be viewed. Pethatic. I called customer care . No one picked call. It’s been 1.5 months noone customer help I get I loose 300 bucks .on app they only shoe recharge options. What to do ? If I will recharge again then theu will be wasted again. Whom to contact about set up box problem. No number working for customer support.
