I have recharge my on 19th March 2020 & after that i was not able to see the channels,so i have registered the complaint on the customer care & there service engineer has visited on 20th March 2020 after several call to customer care, He was not able to resolve the issue so he has taken the set top box, remote and power cable along with him for service assuring it to return back on 21st march 2020, but since that set top box has been not returned for almost 52 days. i have given no o mails and calls to customer but no response from service provider, they are also not taking complaint. As per there telephonic communication they are taking any compliant as they are working from Home. I have tried to contact Nodal office also by mailing and calling but no response from them also.
I request your intervention for helping me to get my recharge amount as i have not availed the service and the set top box. Also request to fine heavily to service provider as this kind of issues are with many peoples & the service providers are just making mockery of the customer.
