We opened the set top box after almost 5months and now after getting its recharge done we kept it open but it has some software update which is taking hours and now this is the 3rd time its updating the software in a row which took almost 6hrs the last time.. It shows the first channel and as soon as we change to another one.. It starts downloading the software again.. This is getting irritating now.. Please help
