A week ago or so..my set top box was giving bad weather error…after a few days it just stopped working…we contacted the Airtel company…..and the engineer came that day…he got another set top box the next day and it did not work too….the next day he bought more and they did not work too….he changed the receiver too…we called him…he came the next day with another set top box and it worked… provided all the set top box he tried were the old model..not the new model..the next day that set top box stopped working too….I m calling that guy and the airtel call centre from 3 days and he’s not showing up at all and they are not picking up the call at all… Airtel company please fix this as soon as possible…I want it fixed….how come you take the money and leave it unrepaired??I want it fixed soon..thank you
